5. Payment Terms

Payment is required before accessing paid courses or services. You agree to:

• Provide valid payment information
• Pay all fees as specified at the time of purchase
• Accept that all prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) unless stated otherwise
• Understand that fees are non-refundable except as outlined in our Return Policy

We reserve the right to change our pricing with reasonable notice. Price changes will not affect existing bookings.

6. Booking and Cancellation

When booking lessons, you agree to:

• Attend scheduled sessions on time
• Provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling
• Accept that late cancellations (under 24 hours) may result in forfeiture of the lesson fee
• Understand that repeated late cancellations may result in account restrictions

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm instructors or other users
• Share your account credentials with others
• Record lessons without explicit permission from the instructor
• Reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit our content
• Interfere with or disrupt our services or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
• Post or transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our platform, including text, graphics, logos, course materials, and software, is the property of Vogglix or our content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may:

• Access and use course materials for personal, non-commercial educational purposes
• Download materials provided for your enrolled courses

You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display our content without permission
• Create derivative works from our content
• Use our content for commercial purposes

9. Instructor Relationship

Our instructors are independent contractors, not employees of Vogglix. While we carefully vet our instructors, we do not guarantee specific learning outcomes. The quality of instruction depends on multiple factors including student effort and engagement.

10. Disclaimers

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• Our services will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Specific learning outcomes will be achieved
• All technical issues will be immediately resolved
• Course content will meet all individual requirements

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vogglix shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages resulting from instructor performance
• Technical failures beyond our reasonable control

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vogglix, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms of Use
• Your use of our services
• Your violation of any third-party rights

13. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of our services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our data practices.

14. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Fail to pay fees when due
